The Staffline Group was established in 1986 which includes Staffline Recruitment and PeoplePlus. PeoplePlus helps unemployed people in to work, provides skills training, apprenticeship programmes and supports people in to independent living. 

As part of the Staffline Group, Staffline Recruitment Ireland came into the Irish market in 2013 it acquired various recruitment agencies throughout the island of Ireland and now has 4 distinct business divisions:

Onsite Recruitment Services:

Lead by Managing Director, Paul Doherty, our Onsite recruitment service includes supporting food production, pharma, logistics and manufacturing services. We are located in over 20 sites throughout Ireland and find work for over 8,000 people every day, as a group we provide work for over 50,000 people on a daily basis. We support major businesses such as Moy Park, Almac, Dale Farm, Thompsons Aero Seating to name but a few.

Across our account team, we have over 120 years combined operational and back office experience to manage such contracts. We fully understand the nuances of the temporary labour market in Ireland, in order to fulfil our clients requirements for a consistent labour supply. Our Onsite recruitment model is built to react to sudden shocks, where even small variances to labour supply can have a significant effect on your productivity.

Specialist Recruitment Division:

Our Specialist Recruitment division is all about people. Our specialist consultants lead by the very experienced Sharon McKinley, service over 20 specialisms, covering everything from engineering and finance and banking to construction, IT, HR and healthcare. Across many of these sectors, we also have further specialised teams dedicated to support your additional requirements including HR consultancy, outsourced end to end recruitment, volume testing and assessment centres; including psychometric testing.

Providing excellent customer service underpins our business and is an area we monitor closely in order to maintain our position as market leader. Our customers benefit from the specialist sector knowledge of our consultants and our extensive branch network and business contacts.

NI Recruitment Branch Network:

When you need the right talent, whether for short notice temporary support or long term strategic value, we have the expertise to help. Our Northern Ireland Branch Network is lead by Donna Parker. Donna and her team are located in every major town in NI. Including Belfast, Ballymena, Lisburn, Portadown, Newry, Enniskillen and L’Derry.

Specialising in supporting the Public sector, we also offer permanent and temporary labour supply across commercial and industrial sectors, working with an array of clients such as the NI Civil Service, Health Trusts, Sandvik, Coca Cola, Glen Dimplex, Hovis, Musgrave and NI Water. From drivers, domestics, warehousing and production operatives to office support and engineering - You name it, we can supply it!

ROI Recruitment Branch Network:

Our Republic of Ireland Recruitment Branch Network is lead by Anthony Briody. The teams focus on sourcing talent across a wide variety of sectors, including Engineering, Pharmaceutical, Finance & Banking, HR & Education, Supply Chain & Logistics for its wide portfolio of clients which include Tayto Snacks, DSV, PTSB, Fyffes and Aryzta.

With five offices currently located in Swords (North Dublin), Walkinstown (South Dublin), Dundalk, Cork and Galway we have exciting plans to open new branches in Sligo and Limerick over the next 12 months.
