Staffline Recruitment Ireland has launched our #SpringIntoSuccess campaign, highlighting our work to enable good news, enable happiness, enable new friendships, and Enable People into Good Work. This week's campaign focus is our successful partnership with the award winning Finnebrogue Artisan, the UK's biggest producer of artisan and specialist food produce, based in the rolling hills of County Down's Finnebrogue Estate. We recruit with Finnebrogue for a wide range of positions and are proud to support their Feed The Nation campaign which focused on ensuring our supermarkets and grocers stayed stocked up throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
We have partnered with Finnebrogue on a number of campaigns, and have helped countless candidates into work. Today we hear from Ryan, who started work with Finnebrogue at the beginning of 2021, following the re-introduction of restrictions in Northern Ireland.
Ryan previously worked as a personal trainer, and when he could no longer work due to government guidelines, considered a career change. Ryan started his Finnebrogue journey as an operator and has since started climbing up the career ladder with the company, a testiment to the fantastic progression opportunities available within Finnebrogue.
Hear Ryan's story:
Ryan and many others have found work through Finnebrogue, and we are delighted to be continuing to recruit in partnership for a wide range of positions including roles in Production, Hygiene, Dispatch, and more!
