Job description

Our client based in Irvinestown, Co Fermanagh have a vacancy for an Administrator (Part Time)

As the Administrator, your duties will include

Role:

  • Providing admin support to the entire team
  • Dealing with customers by email and telephone
  • Using Mircosoft Office to produce accurate information
  • Ensuring adherence to quality standards
  • Dealing with queries to satisfaction of the customer
  • Working in a team as well as on your own initiative
  • Keeping paperwork and systems updated in an organised manner

Hours of work:

  • 30 hours per week Mon - Fri

The ideal Administrator will have

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in an administration role
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to prepare clear, accurate documentation
  • Good communication skills
  • Good attention to details
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, quickly and accurately
