Job description

Staffline Recruitment has been appointed as HSCNI's recruitment partner of choice for Admin, clerical and Support Services.

Band 3 Admin Support Central Pharmacy

Rate of Pay: £10.09phr

Location Knockbracken

Hours: 37.5hrs per week

Duration: Temporary ongoing

Job Summary:

The post holder will be an integral part of the team and will be required to provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Pharmacy Services to include word processing and diary management as required.

The Duties:

Receive request for Medicine Deliveries from Belfast Trust Pharmacy Department.

Log Request received.

Schedule the delivery with patient and prepare daily work list sheets/delivery sheets.

Ensure all package have been collected in accordance with the daily sheet.

Ensure fridge lines have been prioritized.

Check the doorstep procedure has been followed.

Ensure any delays or issue have been addressed and/ or reported to the Admin Lead.

Ensure Patients confidentiality

Experience and Qualifications:

4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English or English Language (excluding English Literature) and Maths or equivalent / higher qualification AND 1 years' experience in a financial role in a work based environment

OR
NVQ Level II in Administration and 1 years' experience in a financial role in a work based environment

OR

2 years' experience in a financial role in a work based environment.

OCR/RSA Stage II Text Processing Part I & II (Word Processing/Typewriting) or equivalent word processing/typewriting qualification.

Knowledge / Abilities and Skills:

Proficient in the use of Microsoft office products including Word, Excel, Outlook.

Experience of diary management, service meetings and minute taking in a work based environment.

Effective communication, organisational and time management skills.

Ability to work as part of a team

Proven ability to use good judgement and initiative.

Flexibility to work in a changing environment
