Our client, has an exciting opportunity to join their team as an Energy Assessor, based at their site in Co Fermanagh.

They deliver a fully coordinated range of services, aimed at helping architects, contractors and developers not only achieve compliance with the regulations but deliver a 'product' that is competitive and attractive to the end user.

The Role:

As the Energy Assessor you will be required to carry out a variety of duties including;

• Working alongside colleagues to deliver energy assessments
• Reading plans and taking measurements
• Using in house software
• Producing energy certificates
• Liaising with contractors
• Attending site visits
• Ensuring adherence to regulations and compliance procedures

Hours of work:

• Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm

The successful Energy Assessor, will possess the following

Requirements:

• Construction related qualification
• Knowledge of drawings
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• IT literate
• Full driving licence
