Our client located in GARVAGH are looking to recruit a HR Officer.
Due to growth and expansion of their business, they require additional support within the
HR Function, the succsessful candidate must be CIPD Level 3 or above.
Key responsibilities are:
- Be the main point of contact for Line Managers regarding all HR queries
- Recruitment & Selection - advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, onboarding, induction of employees
- Employee Relations - Carrying out probation reviews, grievance and disciplinaries, absence management
- Compliance - ensuring employees comply with company and government procedures
- Develop company policies and procedures
Excellent salary depending on experience 28-32k, with an attarctive benefits package.
