Staffline Recruitment are searching for an Operations Manager for a high-volume food service location in Munster. This role is a senior role within a growing organisation and the successful candidate will join the senior team working closely with Directors of the company to provide exceptional service to clients, customers and guests at a range of events throughout the year.
We are searching for an ambitious hospitality professional with previous experience at Operations level seeking the next step in their career. The successful candidate will have worked at Supervisor or Assistant Management level in a high volume Conference or Event Hotel or Venue with experience in staffing, bars, food service and all that goes with making an event a seamless success for organisers, guests and customers.
This is a hands on role and will with plenty of opportunity for career progression for the successful candidate.
