Role: BESL / Principal Legal Officer
Rate of Pay: £27.04 - £28.94phr
Duration: 26 weeks
Hours: Monday to Friday blend of home working with IT kit at present
Acting on behalf of Government Departments in Commercial property transactions in the Commercial Property Law division.
Knowledge of public sector conveyancing would be an advantage. Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial property contracts and deeds for sale and purchase and complex development agreements; and/or experience advising clients on vesting and compensation legislation and representing clients in the Lands Tribunal in relation to compulsory acquisition compensation disputes is required.
Property Solicitor Qualified to Practice in Northern Ireland - must have conveyancing experience
Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial property contracts and deeds for sale and purchase and complex development agreements; and/or experience advising clients
