Our client, a large charity based in various locations in Northern Ireland are seeking Accommodation & Community Support Officers for sites to include the Belfast and Bangor areas

Essential Criteria

• Must hold 6 months recent experience (paid or voluntary) of directly supporting clients with complex and multiple needs within the community setting gained within the last 3 years
• Must have enhanced Access NI clearance
• Must be currently NISCC registered
• Must have the ability to use e-mail, internet and databases to electronically record work

Job Role

• Ensure the needs of service users are effectively met - promoting independence through support and development
• Provide support and advice
• Undertaking of assessments of service users needs and risk to ascertain intervention level required
• Develop focused outcoome based support plans and risk management
• Ensure referral and induction process for service users is undertaken
• Manage domestic, personal and financial resources to develop independent living skills

Pay rate:

Rotational shift pattern including the requirement to work evenings, weekends and waking nights

x3 12.5hr shifts per week

Rate of Pay: £11.14/hr
