Job description

Job Title - Accounts administrator

Salary - Attractive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience

Working hours - 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday

Annual leave - 31 days per annum

Job description

A newly created accounts administrator role at the head office of a busy civil engineering and road surfacing company, to assist with:

  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Matching purchase invoices to orders and dockets
  • Processing supplier payments
  • General administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning
  • Answering telephone calls into the finance office
  • General finance office duties as required

Skills required

  • Competent using Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of Pegasus Opera 3 beneficial but not essential
  • Good organisational and multi-tasking skills
