Job description

  • Dealing with customers & suppliers
  • Processing weekly and monthly sales & purchase invoices
  • Maintaining order book
  • Updating weekly timesheets and processing wages
  • Receiving and processing sales orders
  • Ability to multi-task with high attention to detail
  • Screen and direct all customer calls professionally and efficiently
  • Carry out general administrative duties to include filing as required
  • Ability to plan & organise own work
  • Positive approach to building relationships with customer and team
  • Other general office duties as required

Essential Criteria:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
  • Proficient in Sage 50 Cloud Accounts would be beneficial
  • GCSE Maths & English
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Computer literacy essential
