Job description
- Dealing with customers & suppliers
- Processing weekly and monthly sales & purchase invoices
- Maintaining order book
- Updating weekly timesheets and processing wages
- Receiving and processing sales orders
- Ability to multi-task with high attention to detail
- Screen and direct all customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Carry out general administrative duties to include filing as required
- Ability to plan & organise own work
- Positive approach to building relationships with customer and team
- Other general office duties as required
Essential Criteria:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Proficient in Sage 50 Cloud Accounts would be beneficial
- GCSE Maths & English
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Computer literacy essential
