Our client, an internationally recognised, award winning architectural design firm based in Belfast City Centre, require a part time admin assistant to join them in supporting the admin needs of the business.
- General Office Admin experience essential (preferably in proffesional services environment)
- Accounts, invoicing, monitoring bank payments & use of Sage 50 beneficial
- Timesheet management - use of Coretime software beneficial
- Bids & BD - experience of esourcing, etenders, following leads, preparing bids, PQQS, ITTs beneficial
About the role:
- This role is expected to run for 11 months with the possibility of extension.
- 20/25 hours per week with the option of flexible working
- £9.75ph pay rate
