Job description

Administration Assistant (30 hrs per week) based in Lisburn

9am - 3pm, Mon - Fri.

Possibility of more hours if required.

Temporary - On-going - minimum 2 month contract.

General Admin duties - Photocopying, filing, typing duties Entering stock counts (random and planned) Raising engineer work orders for planned work Logging & filing emergency maintenance work orders Raising Purchase Orders for parts and labour Goods Receipting deliveries Ordering store stock Light manual handling (bringing some deliveries up from reception using pallet truck)

Any other duties as required (possible help with other depts if required).

Essential Criteria Maths & English GCSE - Grade C or above Computer Literate Experience of Excel (at intermediate level) Experience of Microsoft packages (Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook) Good time keeping Comfortable communicating cross functionally with different departments Desired Criteria Liaising with Engineers/contractors Previous experience of working within an Engineering/Manufacturing environment
