Job description

ADMIN ASSISTANT

TEMPORARY 4 WEEK CONTRACT

DUTIES TO INCLUDE:

Calling suppliers to check on order dates

Emailing suppliers

Administration duties

Updating spreadsheets.

Good communication skills, well-mannered, organised.

Experience in using Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word, Outlook.

HOURS OF WORK

Monday-Thursday 8-5 and Friday 8-1.
