Administration Officer

Belfast

We are seeking an administrator to provide administrative and secretarial support including reception duties to the client, ensuring that accurate records are available at all times.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • To provide a high level of administrative and secretarial support to the Supervisor and senior staff within the company.
  • To be responsible for the management of diaries, organisation of meetings and appointments and the preparation and dissemination of relevant papers as required.
  • To be responsible for the receipt and distribution of incoming and out-going mail, fax messages and other correspondence and take appropriate action as required.
  • To be responsible for the receipt and distribution of incoming and out-going mail, fax messages and other correspondence and take appropriate action as required.
  • To maintain the current filing system, manual and electronic, extracting and filling information as required, ensuring that these are kept up to date to facilitate the smooth operation of the organisation, bearing in mind that paperwork may vary from Client to Client.

Criteria

  • 4 GCSEs A - C, including English Language and Mathematics * or equivalent qualification

OR

  • 1 year's experience in a clerical environment
