Job description
Our client based in Co Fermanagh have a vacancy for an Administrator
As the Administrator, your duties will include
Role:
- Providing admin support to the entire team
- Dealing with customers by email and telephone
- Using Mircosoft Office to produce accurate information
- Ensuring adherence to quality standards
- Dealing with queries to satisfaction of the customer
- Working in a team as well as on your own initiative
- Keeping paperwork and systems updated in an organised manner
Hours of work:
- Mon - Thurs 9am - 5pm, Fri 9am - 3pm
Requirements:
The ideal Administrator will have
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in an administration role
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to prepare clear, accurate documentation
- Good communication skills
- Good attention to details
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, quickly and accurately
