Administrator - Immediate Start



Staffline are recruiting for an Administrator to join a leading supplier of specialist products based in their Belfast offices. Reporting to the Office Manager main duties will include;

  • Providing support to the contracts team
  • Taking orders via phone and email
  • Processing new orders on in-house system
  • Generating pricing via Excel
  • Processing deliver receipts
  • General administration duties
  • Estimating and Costing

Essential Criteria

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent IT skills including the use of Excel
