Part-time on a rota basis

Main Duties:

  • To be the first point of contact for inbound calls;
  • Provide excellent customer service in a professional manner;
  • Handle and respond to queries;
  • Conduct administrative tasks accurately and efficiently;
  • Processing applications;
  • Database management;
  • All duties as required.

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an administration based role
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • GCSEs, including English
