Monday - Friday office hours
We are currently seeking an excellent Administrator to join a leading company.
You will be providing administration to the team and data entry.
- Previous experience within an administration role ideally in an office/corporate environment
- Previous experience with SAGE is essential
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Management & payment of subcontractor invoices
- Processing of head office invoices to accounts system as required.
- Raising Sales invoices to clients
- invoicing, credit control, VAT
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as in a team
- Excellent attention to details
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in a previous administration role
- Ability to use a computer MS packages and in-house systems
- Answer queries by telephone, face to face and by email
