We are working with our client who require an admin/receptionist to cover sickness and holidays. This is ideal for someone who is very flexible and available at short notice.
- To cover reception at busy periods
- Preparation of rooms for events and facilitate room bookings for services.
- To be aware of staff whereabouts to appropriately direct calls.
- To provide a central ordering function for stationery supplies.
- 2 years experience at Admin/Reception
