Job description

Administrator Required - ASAP Start- Temp to Perm Position

We are recruiting for an Administrator to join the team for one of our clients based in Cloughmills. The role will be temporary ongoing with a view to permanent for the right candidate potentially within 3 months.

The role will involve:

  • Reception duties
  • Telephone duties
  • Processing orders and data input
  • operating weighbridge
  • Banking/ Cash Handling
  • Incoming/ outgoing mail
  • Stock Control
  • Reconciling petty cash
  • Processing customer account invoices on Sage
  • Managing sales and purchase ledger transactions

Ideal Person will:

  • have a minimum of 2 years working experience in an office environment
  • Minimum of 5 GCSE'S Grade A-C including Math's and English or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years working with Microsoft Office Software
  • Minimum of 2 years working with Sage Accounts or equivalent (Preffered but not essential)
  • Knowledge of the local agriculture industry would be an advantage but not essential

Hours of work:

  • 37.5 hour week
  • 0830 - 5pm Monday to Friday
  • 1 hour lunchbreak

Rate of Pay:

  • £10.00 per hour
