Administrator Required - ASAP Start- Temp to Perm Position
We are recruiting for an Administrator to join the team for one of our clients based in Cloughmills. The role will be temporary ongoing with a view to permanent for the right candidate potentially within 3 months.
The role will involve:
- Reception duties
- Telephone duties
- Processing orders and data input
- operating weighbridge
- Banking/ Cash Handling
- Incoming/ outgoing mail
- Stock Control
- Reconciling petty cash
- Processing customer account invoices on Sage
- Managing sales and purchase ledger transactions
Ideal Person will:
- have a minimum of 2 years working experience in an office environment
- Minimum of 5 GCSE'S Grade A-C including Math's and English or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years working with Microsoft Office Software
- Minimum of 2 years working with Sage Accounts or equivalent (Preffered but not essential)
- Knowledge of the local agriculture industry would be an advantage but not essential
Hours of work:
- 37.5 hour week
- 0830 - 5pm Monday to Friday
- 1 hour lunchbreak
Rate of Pay:
- £10.00 per hour
