Job description

Staffline are currently recruiting for a temporary, full-time Administrator within a busy, east Belfast based engineering office. This role is based in the Holywood Exchange area and will be a temporary 3-4 months contract and will require someone to take over basic admin duties.

Key duties and responsibilities

  • Answering calls to customers/engineers
  • Passing on information to relevant staff
  • Raising calls on systems which have been reported from customer via email/phone and dispatching to relevant engineers
  • Raising purchase orders for engineers or items to be ordered from suppliers
  • Updating customers on jobsw, whether this be via email or customer portals

Essential Criteria

  • Proven level of teamwork and ability to consistently deliver results
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to deliver a high standard of customer service in all customer interactions with emphasis on delivering quality customer experiences
  • To build good working relationships with valued clients and demonstrate your commitment to the team.

Salary - £10.75 per hour

full time hours - 8:30-5 Monday to Thursday, 8:30 - 4:30 Friday
