Job description

Administrator , Omagh Town

Part time position-24hours weekly (flexible between Mon-Fri) starting asap.


Office based only.

Administrator required for a 3month posting to read and interpret lifting/rigg plans and transfer relevant information to Excel format for use in construction and manufacturing.

  • Candidates should have ability to interpret information and confident experience in the use of MS Office (word and excel).
  • This is largely a data input role typing up Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS) / Safe Systems of Work
  • An understanding of safety in lifting to optimise procedures and reduce costs and outline risks would be advantageous.
  • Experience of LOLER or PUWER legislation would be helpful
