Administrator - Public Sector

Here at Staffline Recruitment, our client within the Public Sector is searching for an administrator to join their corporate services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing effective administration support and providing administration support to the corporate project manager.


  • Relevant third level qualification or equivalent is desirable
  • Two years administration experience.
  • Proficient in MS packages.


  • Carrying out general administration tasks such as scheduling and organising meetings and events.
  • Collate data and information for reports and internal presentations.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the performance of business deliverables.
  • Developing and maintaining effective information systems.
  • Providing support to the Corporate Project Manager.


  • Ability to work well as part of a team and own initiative.
  • Good critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Results Driven.
  • High level of organisational skills.
