Job description

*** IMMEDIATE STARTS ***

Thompson Aero Seating currently have a number of administrative roles available throughtout their site in Criagavon in various departments.

Normally, hours of work are Mon to Thurs, 8am to 5.30pm, Friday 8.30am to 2.45pm but may vary due to operational requirments.

Rate of pay is £10.05 per hours

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support in line with operational departments requirements
  • Filing and other adhoc administrative duties
  • Ensuring health and safety requirements are always met
  • Support Operational Support Analysts with co-ordination between various departments to ensure production plans are met.
  • Devising and implementing strategies to improve processes and efficiencies.
  • Control production costs whilst maintaining quality standard
  • Any other duties as required, commensurate with your job position

  • Logical and analytical approach
  • Computer and numerical literacy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving ability
  • Dynamic, energetic, self-driven with a positive 'can do' attitude towards work and a clear focus on deliverable metrics.
  • Good team player
  • Ability to provide accurate data with a very high level of attention to details
  • Proficient in all IT packages
  • Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
  • Highly organized and able to forward plan.
