Job description

  • Specific duties

To deliver and assess livestock (cattle and sheep) skills to Level 2 and 3 students. Skills to include weighing, dosing, injecting and tagging stock, selecting animals for slaughter and other relevant skills.

To complete all appropriate documentation relating to each instruction and assessment session as required.

To record/evaluate learner performance and provide feedback.

  • Experience Required

The applicant must possess a level 3 qualification or work-based level 3 qualification in Agriculture (livestock).

Or

A National Diploma/Extended Diploma level 3 qualification in Agriculture

AND

Practical experience of working with beef and sheep livestock.

MNASL

This role is based on 37hrs per week working 9am-5pm

Enhanced Access NI Disclosure is essential, successful candidate must be willing to complete clearance
