Arts Receptionist - part time
The Client: Local Government body in Lisburn area serving local residents.
The post-holder is at the forefront of customer service at ISLAND Arts Centre and is responsible for the provision of a full range of reception, clerical and administrative services relating to the Arts Service. The responsibilities of the post include dealing with customer enquiries and complaints, operation of computerised systems, including a Content Management System (CMS), Room Booking System; the ISLAND Arts Centre website and other related social media platforms, specific Arts Service evaluation systems and assisting with the setup of any new software, as required.
Hours of work:
1500hrs - 2200hrs (6 on and 6 off rota)
0900hrs - 1700hrs on Saturday when on shift
22.50hrs per week
1.1 - Five GCSE passes at Grade A-C, NVQ Level 2 in administration or equivalent.
1.2 - One year's experience in a customer service environment or receptionist post.
Where applicants do not hold the qualifications as outlined in 1.1, they must demonstrate a minimum of three years' experience as outlined in 1.2.
1.3 - A working knowledge of computer packages to include database experience.
1.4 - Experience in the operation of a computerised booking/cash system.
Rate of Pay: £10.19 p/hr
