ASSEMBLY OPERATIVE - RASHARKIN

Day Shift: Mon-Thurs 7am-4pm, Fri 6am-2pm

Hourly Rate: £10.50 - £11.00p/hr (starting rate dependent on experience)

• Structured pay scale in place with the opportunity to progress within the Company.
• Opportunity to increase your pay with overtime paid at 1.5 times your hourly rate
• Receive £250 bonus after successful completion of 6 months

Job Duties:

• Assembly of Kitchen, Bedroom and Bathroom Units, to customer specification, ensuring to meet all quality standards.
• Assist on General Operations as directed by your Team Leader,
• Cleaning and maintaining work areas and machinery,
• Ensuring you adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures.

Criteria:

• Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Relevant experience of using a variety of hand and machine tools
• Ability to read measurements
• Ability to perform tasks within health and safety guidelines
• Experience in working to tight deadlines
• Experience of working in a team with ability to use own initiative and work independently
• Attention to detail
• Excellent Time and Attendance Record
• Proven ability to be flexible, work overtime or carry out other roles to meet business needs
