We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, individual looking to progress their career. The successful candidate will:

• Hold a Degree in Business or Hospitality Management
• Have a strong understanding of margins, P&L and people management
• Have proficent knowledge of MS packages including Excel with a general understanding of software packages
