JOB SUMMARY
To provide effective and efficient secretarial and administrative support to the Pharmacy Department.
MAIN DUTIES / RESPONISBILITIES
Data input
Filing,
Placing orders for equipment
Emailing
Royal mail recording
Picking list
Patients orders
Distribution telephone calls
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
1 Year relevant admin experience.
AND
Five GCSE's Grade C or above (to include English Language) or equivalent.
A department specific job description will be provided on commencement to the post
