Job description

Band 2 Receptionist with admin duties required on a temporary basis based in Everton Complex Belfast.

Role: Band 2 Receptionist with Admin Duties

Rate of Pay: £8.66

Location: Everton Complex, Belfast

Hours: 20 hours per week

Duration: Ongoing

Main duties/Responsibilities:

  • Word Processing
  • Filing
  • General Office Support
  • Answering Phones
  • Attending patients into clinics
  • Communicating with medical staff
  • Any other duties as required

Essential Criteria:

  • Basic IT skills - outlook, word, excel
  • Four GCSES Grade c and above to include Maths and English
  • At Least one tears experience in an administration role
