Job description

Staffline has been appointed as HSCNI's number 1 recruitment provider for Admin and Clerical roles throughout the province.

Band 3 Booking Clerk required on a temporary basis based in Ballymoney

Role: Band 3 Booking Clerk

Rate of Pay: £10.40ph

Location: Ballymoney

Hours: 20hrs

Duration: Temporary

Main duties/Responsibilities:

Open, sort, and distribute mall.

Registration on LCID and processing of incoming referrals in line with lEAP guidelines.

Sending referrals for triage and dealing with completed triaged referrals.

Effective file management

Scanning and emailing referrals to appropriate departments.

General clerical duties and providing clerical support when required

Maintaining high level of confidentiality with department legislation

Reception duties when required.

Essential Criteria:

2 years administrative experience within office environment

5 GCSEs including English language (Grace A-C) or equivalent

1 year experience of managing waiting lists
