Record Management Administrators, x20
Location: Tallaght, Dublin
Our Client, a leading provider of Banking and Financial Services, are recruiting a team to support in the review, update and allocation of documents, records and associated paper based records.
The role will include:
- review of volume numbers of hard copy documents from a diverse range of sources
- decision on destruction or retention of multiple hard copy records
- scanning required records to system
- updating a range of records to transfer information from hard copy to soft copy versions on system
- meeting specific quality standards and application of stringent review processes
Ideally you will have previous experience in an administrative or customer support role and can demonstrate delivery of accuracy and consistency in a repetitive, detailed focused, environment.
These roles are starting in Janaury 2022 and will be based on site at Tallaght.
