Banking Administrator, Mortgage Operations
Our Client, a leading Financial Services organisation, is recruiting for support in their Mortgage Operations Area, mainly in Deeds Support.
This is a temporary role, expected for an initial six months+; based on site at Dublin 18 though may be facilitated from home.
Working Pattern: Standard hours are 0900 - 1700 Monday to Friday. Some flexibility may be required dependent on business need.
- Working with a supportive and collaborative team, you'll be helping customers with arrears/deeds related matters and transactions
- You'll be investigating queries, supporting business processes and procedures, and understanding the needs of customers and the business
- Joining a specialist Mortgage Support team, you'll be working together to deliver the most successful outcomes for the business and customers. You'll respond to customer queries and process, authorise and investigate transactions, while accurately collecting all the information needed to do this on time and to a high standard.
You'll ideally have previous strong administration, or related, experience and have worked with defined processes and procedures. Crucially, you'll be able to work accurately, to deadlines, and with high levels of attention to detail.
You will also have good written and spoken communication skills. Strong excel skills may be an advantage.
