Staffline Recruitment are searching for an experienced Bar Manager to ensure the professional and profitable running of a busy hotel bar whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer care.

This role will involve:

• Negotiation of supplier contracts and receipt of bar stock in a secure, controlled manner
• Planning and implementation of promotional events
• Management and implementation of effective stock control, stock rotation and maintain appropriate stock levels
• Budget preparation and presentation
• Ensuring and maintaining security of cash, credit cards and reception floats.
• To complete Daily, Weekly, Monthly reporting and adhere to company accountancy standards
