Job description

Experience Book-keeper with Administration duties required for our client in the Ahoghill area. This is a full time permanent position. Hours of work 8am-5pm OR 9am-5pm Mon-Thur & Fridays finish at 4pm

Duties include;

Book-keeping to maintain the Sage Accounting records

Purchase & Sales Ledger

Regular Bank reconciliations

Control of time sheets, attendance & wages

Answering phones & dealing with clients face to face

General admin administration

Booking/ arranging travel accommodation as & when required.

Fleet management - tax, insurance, mot etc

Must have previous book-keeping experience including sage accounts & payroll packages
