Business Unit Leader (Monday to Friday - Days)

Antrim

Salary up to £35,000

An excellent opportunity for a Business Unit Leader to join a leading print company based in Antrim. Reporting to the Operations Manager and leading a team of Operatives your main duties will include:

• Work effectively to maximise On Time In Full delivery
• Overall responsibility for area maintenance activities
• Health & Safety management
• Coordination of area training, including identifying area for new training or skills
• Assist with disciplinary process
• Responsible for quality performance of area and team members
• Generate reports on performance
• Performance management
• Budget management
• Lead continuous improvement activities
• Maintain and improve 5S standards

Essential Criteria

• 2 years management experience within a manufacturing / print environment
• Experience of performance management
• Knowledge of H&S regulations
• Good IT skills
