In this role you will:
- Be responsible for minor plumbing duties- unblocking basins, replacing washers on taps and ball valves, repairing, or replacing plugs and chains, repairing, or replacing WC seats and lids, unblocking drains, rodding and cleaning waste pipes, cleaning filters on heat recovery units and maintenance tasks of similar nature.
- Responsible for carpentry - Building furniture, station housing, fitting doors/locks, and any other required tasks.
- Responsible for minor electrical - Changing lamps, resetting tripped fuses, and replacing lamp holders, lamps, plugs and leads, cleaning extractor fans and maintenance tasks of a similar nature.
- Other Maintenance - Maintaining and repairing, fitting blinds, painting, and the use of power tools. Carrying out modifications to work benches and equipment.

- Previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated DIY Skills (Plumbing, carpentry, electrical)
- Previous experience in building maintenance
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Co-operative, willing to learn
- Forward thinking and flexible
- Positive / 'Can do' attitude
