CHEF DUNGANNON FULL TIME MON-FRI 7AM-3PM
MONDAY - FRIDAY
7AM-3PM (37.5 HOURS)
£10-£11 PER HOUR
Chef Required for busy kitchen / canteen in Dungannon Co Tyrone.
* Service of food and/or beverages to customers.
* Cleaning duties associated with service and related equipment and/or furniture.
* Preparation of service area and/or service points.
* Clean and replenish service equipment.
* Correct storage of food items and equipment after service.
* Other duties assigned by the Catering/Chef Manager from time to time to ensure the smooth running of the department.
* Removal of rubbish, complying in in house training on waste streams
Attend in-house training sessions.
* Previous experience in a similar food service environment
* An innovative approach to menu design with strong attention to detail
* Third level qualification (HACCP/Culinary Arts/Professional Cookery)
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Flexibility and the ability to innovate
Commercial acumen, strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
