Civils and Railway Operatives

Due to an expansion and growth in the sector we are now recruiting for the UK'S largest Precast Concrete manufacturer and supplier. We are recruiting for Civils and Railway Operatives to join growing operations in Northern Ireland. Full training will be provided.

The successful candidate will be tasked with:

• Working on bridge, utility and railway projects throughout Northern Ireland
• Operating mobile plant e.g. roller or dumper where applicable
• General labouring duties
• Ensuring compliance with the Company's policies including Health and Safety
• Observing and complying with all good working practices
• Carrying out any other reasonable request made by the foreperson

In return, the successful candidate will be rewarded with:

• Basic hourly rate for the first 43 hours
• Overtime paid at time and a half

Essential Criteria:

• Excellent communication and people skills
• Good time management skills
• Ability to work using own initiative without constant supervision and as part of a team
• Be hard working and conscientious with the ability to motivate

Desirable Criteria:

• CSR Accreditation
• Relevant training certificates including PTS
• Hold a valid driving licence
• Plant tickets
