Clerical Officer/Receptionist | Dublin South | 3-6 Month Contract

Staffline Recruitment is a specialist in the provision of temporary and permanent staffing solutions to clients nationwide. We are currently seeking to recruit a Clerical Officer on a 3-6 month contract basis for our client in South Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a suitably qualified candidate to join an established organisation in the healthcare field.

Key areas of responsibility:

• Undertaking general office administration including, filing, photocopying, faxing, scanning, sending mail and general clerical work
• Data input - processing data through internal systems, formulating and maintaining databases
• Maintenance of records and filing systems both manual and electronic to effectively manage information
• Answering the telephone, dealing effectively with queries or referring to other staff
• Assist in locating and compiling data for papers / reports as required
• Compile reports, papers, proposals, letters, memos or charts using Word, Excel, PowerPoint as required

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm | 37 hours per week

Rate of Pay: €13.05 per hour

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2-3 years' relevant experience in a similar administrative role
• Excellent IT skills including MS Office Suite (SAP or SharePoint experience an advantage)
• Strong customer support experience with an excellent telephone manner
• Experience of handling correspondence and handling sensitive and confidential data
• Excellent attention to detail with good analytical skills

• Weekly payroll
• €13.05 per hour

• Located in South Dublin
