Clerical Officer| HR Department | South County Dublin | 12 Month Contract

Staffline Recruitment is a specialist in the provision of temporary and permanent staffing solutions to clients nationwide. We are currently seeking to recruit a Clerical Officer on a 12 month contract basis for our client based in South County Dublin. This in an excellent opportunity for a graduate to join a dynamic organisation with significant career development opportunities.

Key areas of responsibility:

• Support HR and recruitment administration tasks such as system administration, on-boarding, vetting and reference checking
• Maintaining HR and recruitment systems in line with internal policies and procedures
• Management of social media channels during campaigns
• Acting as first point of contact to the department, handling all incoming calls, dealing effectively with queries or referring to other staff
• Assist in locating and compiling data for presenations and reports
• General support to recruitment managers as and when required

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm | 35 hours per week

Rate of Pay: €16-17 per hour

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1-2 years' relevant experience in a similar administrative role
• Excellent IT skills including MS Office Suite (SAP or SharePoint experience an advantage)
• Strong customer support experience with an excellent telephone manner
• Experience of handling correspondence and handling sensitive and confidential data
• Excellent attention to detail with good analytical skills
