Clerical Officers| Public Services | Dublin North | 3-6 Month Contracts

Staffline Recruitment is a specialist in the provision of temporary and permanent staffing solutions to clients across Ireland. We are currently seeking to recruit Clerical Officers on a 3-6 month contract basis for our client in Dublin North.

Key areas of responsibility:

• Handling incoming calls and transferring to appropriate staff members
• Handling internal and external queries within agreed timeframes and SLA's
• Undertaking general office administration tasks such as system administration, query handling and clerical tasks
• Data input - processing data through internal systems, formulating and maintaining databases
• Maintenance of records and filing systems both manual and electronic to effectively manage information
• Processing payments and transactions
• Assist in locating and compiling data for papers / reports as required
• Compile reports, papers, proposals, letters, memos or charts using Word, Excel, PowerPoint as required
• General support to business managers as and when required

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm | 35 hours per week

Rate of Pay: €14-15 per hour

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1-2 years' relevant experience in a similar administrative role
• Excellent IT skills including MS Office Suite
• Strong customer support experience with an excellent telephone manner
• Experience of handling correspondence and handling sensitive and confidential data
• Excellent attention to detail with good analytical skills
