An excellent opportunity of an experienced CNC Machinist to progress to manager level with an exciting and innovative manufacturing company based in Limavady. Reporting to the R&D Manager you will assist in setting up the new CNC department. Main duties will include:

• Assist with the set-up and run a new CNC operation to manufacture specialist parts
• Responsible for managing the full production line
• Continuously improve processes and quality
• Responsible for leading an assembly team to ensure production is on schedule and to the desired quality
• Ensure H&S guidelines are implemented and followed

Essential Criteria

• High level of competency in CNC machine operation
• 3 Years Manufacturing experience
• Experience of managing or leading a team would be desirable
• Experience of lean manufacturing would be desirable
