Compliance Administrator - Financial Services

At Staffline Recruitment we are have a fantastic opportunity available for a Compliance Administrator to take up a permanent position with an international insurance specialist with Dublin City Centre offices.

The purpose of this role will be assist in the administration of the compliance function of the organisation. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years experience with the financial services sector in a compliance related role.

This position will require a driven, motivated and professional candidate with excellent communication and administration skills. Having recently opened their Dublin office, this is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to grow and progress with an international, market leading organisation.

The key responsibilities of this role will be as follows:

  • Assisting in the design, drafting, review, and implementation of the firm's compliance policy documents and procedures.
  • Assisting with the compliance monitoring programme - various testing, auditing and reviewing activities.
  • Onboarding activities - ensuring the necessary due diligence is completed and contractual arrangements are in place.
  • Maintaining strong working relationships with relevant teams across the business.
  • Ensuring the firm's various compliance registers are maintained.
  • Providing support on international compliance business.
  • Developing and growing the compliance function based on company needs.
  • Supporting in the deliverance of ad hoc thematic reviews and other projects
  • Keeping abreast of legal and regulatory developments, identifying and assessing those applicable to the firm.

Interested applicants will meet the following requirements:

  • 1 - 2 years experience in financial services/the insurance market in Ireland.
  • Degree educated or equivalent at a minimum
  • Good administration and organisational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and an interest on taking on international compliance work.
  • Good relationship management skills/experience.
  • Excellent drive and motivation and an ability to work independently while contributing to an international team.
  • Good commercial acumen and judgement.
  • A desire to help grow and develop the compliance function.

This permanent position will offer a competitive salary in the region of €30,000 - €35,000, depending on experience. The successful candidate will also avail of a flexible hybrid working option.
