Job objectives and responsibilities Management of CCTV, alarm Management, customer Contact, data inputting alongside other various tasks Main duties * Obtain necessary information from Customers, users to adequately describe the request or fault. * Enter all information into the task management tracking system. * Monitoring security Systems (CCTV, Intruder, Fire Alarm, Lone Worker) * Directly respond to the request or problems within agreed time frames, service levels and contract terms. * Maintain full life time cycle of all Service Interactions, customer correspondence. * Direct the request or problem to the most appropriate support area * Liaise with customer to ensure that requests or problem reports are satisfactorily closed * To understand and complete all work related documentation accurately and on time * Management of response to key holder and response and operations monitoring * To understand and comply with policies and procedures * To carry out work in a safe and diligent manner * To comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures * To attend and fully participate in training and appraisal activities as required * To undertake additional duties in line with management requests as required * Comply with ISO 27001 standards and procedures * Support colleagues in other service areas as required
