Our client, an award-winning provider of Food Services, Hospitality and Facilities Management Company require a Cook for their site based in Enniskillen, County Fermanagh

The Role:

As a Cook, you will be required to carry out a variety of duties including

• Prepare delicious meals according to menu
• Follow instructions in cooking and deliver well-prepared meals
• Experience in using various ingredients and cooking techniques
• Ensure great presentation
• Multi-tasking around the kitchen
• Preserve and enhance the reputation of the establishment
• Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
• Check quality of ingredients
• Monitor stock
• Completing relevant food charts to include temperature checks
• Working in accordance with company standards and guidelines

Hours of work:

• Mon - Fri 6am - 2pm

The ideal Cook will possess the following:

• Proven experience as a cook / chef
• Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)
• Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
• Ability to work in a team
• Excellent physical condition and stamina
• Have an appreciation and understanding of the importance of Food Safety
• Good communication skills and good understanding of English
• Demonstrable ability to work on own initiative to meet deadlines
