Corporate Support Assistant - 30K - Dublin City Centre
Here at Staffline Recruitment we are recruiting for an experienced corporate support assistant to help manage a busy public sector office. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing effective administration systems and supporting the corporate project manager on a variety of projects.
Requirements:
- 2 Years administration experience.
- Relevant third level qualification or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage relationships within the organisation.
- Proactive, can-do attitude.
- Proficient in MS packages.
Skills:
- Organisational Awareness.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Analytical thinking and creative thinking skills for problem solving.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and organising meetings/events.
- Preparing materials for meetings/projects etc.
- Co-ordinate with relevant parties to ensure task completion.
- Maintaining effective administration systems.
- Provide any specific support to the Corporate Project Manager.
