Job description

The ideal candidate will have good time management and organisation skills, good people and communication skills in order to work well with our customers and team. Attention to detail is an essential part of the roll. This role will help to provide help and support to both new and existing customers either via telephone or email with the aim being to deliver excellence and timeliness in the service provided to ensure renewals are re-secured at the end of their contracted periods.

* Inbound queries by telephone and email from new and existing customers. * To resolve problems to customer's satisfaction within agreed timelines, effectively and efficiently. * Logging of site visits, including organising part orders and delivery * Producing quotes * Maintain high accuracy in all aspects of order processing including processing of credit card transactions * To achieve KPI Targets as set by the Service Manager. * Develop new business opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline for future sales. * Recording and tracking sales. * To develop and maintain a full knowledge of products and services. * Provide a high quality professional service to internal & external customers * Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships e.g. field engineers * To ensure procedures and compliance requirements are adhered to. * Any other ad hoc duties which may involve direct contact with other departments. * Maintain and promote a compliance culture throughout the organisation in order to ensure the highest levels of integrity, honesty and professionalism. * Promote the highest possible standards of health, safety, environmental, quality and product compliance, ensuring that compliance is an integral part of the business and our requirements and procedure

Five GCSE passes (or equivalent) including English and Maths

Minimum 2 years experience in customer service dealing with calls and queries within a formal customer service environment

Minimum of 2 years sales experience #INDPRTDWN23
