Key Responsibilities: As a Customer Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction within their gas network. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning asset maintenance programs and coordinating resources efficiently.
- Scheduling appointments with customers and liaising with partners and agencies.
- Managing and resolving operational issues related to asset maintenance.
- Responding to inbound calls, addressing inquiries, and providing excellent service.
- Updating customer and job details in company systems and ensuring accuracy.
- Dispatching emergency and non-emergency jobs to relevant teams.
- Contributing to achieving corporate goals through your positive attitude and actions.
Essential Criteria: To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 2 GCSEs (or equivalent) with grades C or above, including Maths and English.
- At least one year of relevant administration experience in a customer services environment.
- Strong IT skills and proficiency in using relevant software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
