Are you a dedicated and proactive individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Customer Advisor at a prominent utilities company based in Belfast.

Salary: Starting from £21,100, rising to £22,100 after 6 months

Key Responsibilities: As a Customer Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction within their gas network. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning asset maintenance programs and coordinating resources efficiently.
  • Scheduling appointments with customers and liaising with partners and agencies.
  • Managing and resolving operational issues related to asset maintenance.
  • Responding to inbound calls, addressing inquiries, and providing excellent service.
  • Updating customer and job details in company systems and ensuring accuracy.
  • Dispatching emergency and non-emergency jobs to relevant teams.
  • Contributing to achieving corporate goals through your positive attitude and actions.

Essential Criteria: To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 GCSEs (or equivalent) with grades C or above, including Maths and English.
  • At least one year of relevant administration experience in a customer services environment.
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in using relevant software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
